Features
Deduction Overrides and Quick Deductions
Staff can override expected deduction amounts for a realtor on a deal from the commission review panel before commission is paid, including setting an override to zero to remove a deduction. Quick deductions let you add one-time deal-specific deductions without creating them in Deduction Manager first.
Overrides apply in autopayments, manual payments, and the Trade Record Sheet.

RealDesk now has a Property Management module for managing recurring rent collection, property expenses, and subscription payment activity.
- Configure rent subscriptions with EFT payment cycles, retry failed collections, and review subscription history with actual payment amounts.
- Record and pay property expenses from the dedicated expenses workflow linked to managed properties.
- Rent Payments and broker-page payment flows reflect subscription status, completion, and party details for landlords and tenants.

Features
Submit Unconditional Deals
You can now create firm (unconditional) deals by selecting No Conditions when adding conditions in the Contract Wizard or on the deal. Deals created without conditions show firm review status and use the appropriate form requirements in Transaction Room.
Contract wizard-generated deals include a review section aligned with this workflow, and a deal marked with no conditions cannot be switched back to conditional.
Bug Fixes
Emailed Expense Statements Not Showing Credits
Resolved an issue where, in rare cases, expense statements emailed as part of a batch job did not display outstanding realtor credits.

RealDesk Accounting Module
RealDesk can now sync deal payments, commissions, deposits, expenses, and related journal activity to RealDesk Accounting, keeping operational payouts aligned with the general ledger.
- Batch and manual sync cover commission payments, received payments, trust activity, withholdings, and vendor expenses.
- Fiscal year setup and company configuration in System Settings support ongoing accounting alignment.
Brokerages using RealDesk Accounting can edit and maintain their Chart of Accounts, including create, archive, and filter by account type.
The RealDesk Accounting module includes a variety of financial statements and reports including Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, Trial Balance, General Ledger, and GST/HST Summary.

TRS Calculation Improvements & Fixes
The Trade Record Sheet (TRS) now correctly projects annual recurring deductions forward, so that predicted splits and fees are correct even for deals closing far into the future. Additionally, resolved an issue that, in rare cases, led to referrals not being correctly factored into deduction calculations.

Vendor Management and Payments
Brokerages can manage vendor payables in RealDesk from the Vendors menu, including vendor records, bills, and outbound payments.
- Maintain vendors and vendor types, then create and track expenses with line items, documents, and recurring expense blueprints.
- Record payments by cheque, PAD, EFT, cash, or other methods, applied to one or more vendor expenses.
- Print cheques and link vendor activity to deals and accounting when RealDesk Accounting is enabled.

Automatically Calculate Conveyance Inputs When Deal Created
RealDesk now performs certain internal calculations automatically on new deals, rather than waiting for the conveyance process to occur.

Cheque Printing Bugs
Resolved an issue where, in rare cases, RealDesk would not display a buying brokerage's mailing address on a printed cheque. Additionally, resolved an issue where user edits to cheque numbers would, in some cases, not be properly saved.

Create Payments — Detect Payment to Either Lawyer
In some cases, due to local practices, excess may be payable to a different lawyer than RealDesk expects. When using Create Payments to pay out a deal, RealDesk will now recognize the excess payment, and no longer suggests creating an additional payment.

Cheque Deposit Date Infilled Incorrectly
Resolved an issue where, in rare cases, RealDesk would infill a cheque deposit date even when this field had been deliberately left blank by the user.
