Once a deal has been closed, making changes no longer creates pending approvals in the Transaction Room.

Improving display of transactions within the reconciliation.
Aggregated Stats Permission Setting
Created a new role permission that disables access to various aggregated stats (mostly via dashboard widgets and reports), while preserving (if set via other permissions) access to deal-level financials.

Version 8.8
Released: February 13, 2026
Features
Change Primary Client on Deal or Listing
It's now possible to change the primary client (marked with a star icon) on a listing or deal. Simply designate another party as the primary client (by pushing the star button next to their name). Then, if you need to remove the original primary client from the deal, it's possible to do so using the "trash" button.
Improvements
Create Task & Allow Broker to Sign Bank Reconciliation
Once a bank reconciliation has been finalized, a task is created for the Broker to approve and sign the completed reconciliation. Both the preparer and approver's signatures are then added to the final reconciliation PDF.
Add Interest as Received Payment Type
If deposit interest or GIC interest is being received into a Trust account, selecting Interest as the payment type will exclude these funds from excess funds calculations.

A designated approver can sign off and download a PDF package. Draft reconciliations can be resumed, and completed periods appear in history for audit.
Improvements
Transaction Room Client List Ordering
Previously, it was impossible to mark an EFT as paid if valid bank information didn't exist for the payee. Now, you can mark such payments as paid (outside of RealDesk, e.g. by e-transfer) so they no longer show up as Unprocessed.
Version 8.3
Released: February 5, 2026

EFT Payments — Mark Any Payment as Paid
Previously, it was impossible to mark an EFT as paid if valid bank information didn't exist for the payee. Now, you can mark such payments as paid (outside of RealDesk, e.g. by e-transfer) so they no longer show up as Unprocessed.
Version 8.2
Released: February 4, 2026

EFT Aggregation
It's now possible to aggregate certain types of EFT payments, to avoid needing to send multiple separate transfers. This is most useful for larger brokerages with many internal transfers. Contact RealDesk Support if you're interested in adding this feature!

Double End Multi-Office Payments

Version 8.1
Released: February 2, 2026
Features
New Staff Roles
We've added several new roles, including Deal Manager, Operations Manager, Finance Manager, etc. Regardless of the titles, each of these roles can actually be configured with any permission set you wish, so having more roles available simply provides the ability to have a larger team each with their own configured permissions. Contact RealDesk Support if you'd like to review or change your staff permissions!
Improvements
Realtor Team Enhancements
Team leaders and broker staff can now set per-member permissions for each realtor on a team from Manage Teams. Members can be granted access to view or manage all team clients, and to view team members' financial information, independently of the team leader role.
Deal search, listings, commissions, and other team-aware screens respect these permissions so assistants and teammates see only what they are allowed to.
Link Office to Vendor on Commission Plans
Commission plan allocations can pay an Office using the vendor and default GL linked to that office, and vendors support a Default GL Account that pre-fills vendor allocations in the Deduction Manager.
Initial Commissions Earned on Commission Plans
Commission plans now take into account initial commissions earned as of a given date.
Bug Fixes
Transaction Room Not Loading All Deals
Resolved an issue where, in rare cases, loading the default All Offices Transaction Room view would not show transactions from all offices until reloaded.
