June 2026
Version 10.4
Released: June 27, 2026
Features
Office and Team Dashboards
RealDesk now lets you save report filter setups as named views and reuse them from the Reports hub, Brokerage Activity, and Financial Statistics. Use Save as view to store the current filters under a name, then open Manage views to review, edit, or remove saved views. Saved views can be added to the broker or agent dashboard through Customize dashboard, where they appear as report widgets that follow your current scope.
The broker dashboard now supports office, team, and realtor scope filters so you can review brokerage-wide, office-level, or team-level metrics without leaving the page. A new Pipeline widget summarizes open deal income across 30-, 60-, and 90-day horizons.
- Office leads can be assigned on the realtor record so designated agents see office-scoped dashboard and report data. Financial detail follows the office lead permission.
- Agents and team leaders have a Reports page with the same saved-view workflow for the performance reports they are allowed to run.

Version 9.35
Released: June 9, 2026
Features
Commission Version History
Weβve received many requests to add a version history and audit trail on agent commissions, and this release delivers exactly that. Youβll notice a new Version History button available in the Commissions and Fees panel on the Payments page, as well as in the revamped Commissions section of the Transaction Room review screen (more on that below). Commission information is presented by transaction side and realtor, and updated any time there is a change to an agentβs gross or net commission. A Detail button provides an exact breakdown of the gross and net. Additionally, in cases where an agent has already signed their Trade Record Sheet, a subsequent change to their gross or net commission will invalidate their previous signature and automatically send them a new email to sign again. The Trade Record Sheet will display βRevisedβ in the footer when this happens.
New Transaction Room Review Screen
Weβve thoroughly revised the Transaction Room review screen to provide a much more efficient and pleasing user experience. Each section can now be expanded or collapsed; when reviewing documents, clicking Approve or Mark Incomplete will automatically bring up the next document in the list; and the Transaction Log has been revamped with much better formatting and styling.
As well, reviewers will now be able to view and edit all deal commissions, including deductions and fees, making this a one-stop shop to be able to access and edit everything related to the transaction.
Improvements
Ad Hoc Payments Enhancements
We've made a number of improvements to our logic around creating ad hoc payments to agents. "Ad hoc" means any payment other than what's entered in the commission calculator for that agent, on that deal. It could include scenarios such as paying the agent less than the gross commission, or creating multiple payments to the same agent when the deal is not set up for multiple payments (i.e. a developer deal).
In such cases, users are now able to apply deductions and expenses to these ad hoc payments, which will show up correctly on the agent invoices.
Bug Fixes
Bank Reconciliation PDF Not Regenerating After Approval
Resolved an issue that, in rare cases, would not display the approver's signature when loading the bank reconciliation PDF package.
Version 9.34

Version 9.33
Released: June 7, 2026

Version 9.32
Released: June 5, 2026
Features
FINTRAC Enhancements
Another round of enhancements to FINTRAC compliance:
- In addition to "Business Category" (formerly "Occupation") which is a drop-down list, we've added a free-typed "Occupation" field for individuals
- For corporate clients, the compliance fields related to individuals (ID, occupation, PEP) do not display; instead, there are fields for corporate document verification
- There is also an "Exempt Entity" option for corporations
- We've created a new FINTRAC Report within the Reports section. The data can be organized by transactions or by clients
Improvements
Additional Deposit Release Options
A deposit release can now be created for any deal party or a free-typed third party.
Contract Wizard Preserves Saved Data
When the user navigates back and forth between deal pages, the Contract Wizard now correctly preserves all entered data. It's no longer required to navigate through in order to ensure all user entries get saved.
Trial Balance With Prior Unclosed Fiscal Years
In cases where a prior fiscal year doesn't yet have a closing entry, the Trial Balance report will now account for this and continue to balance correctly.
Bug Fixes
Referral to Member of Public Not Generating
Resolved an issue where, in rare cases, a "member of the public" referral would not save correctly.
