## Improvements

### TRS Uses Completion Date When Predicting Deductions

The Trade Record Sheet (TRS) now uses the deal completion date for the purpose of predicting agent deductions.

### Restrict Agents From Viewing Other Brokerage & Client Invoices

Agents can no longer access pro-forma invoices meant for other brokerages or other parties.

### Deposit Receipt Shows N/A for Buyer

Resolved an issue that, on some double end deals, caused the buyer name to show as N/A.

### TRS Showing Commission Trust When Not Used

Resolved an issue that, in some cases, caused the Trade Record Sheet (TRS) Ledger Details section to display a Commission Trust section for brokerages not using a Commission Trust account.

## Improvements

### AI Contract Processor — Add Type-Ahead for Other Brokerage

When adding the other brokerage manually via the AI contract processor (in scenarios where the AI model does not populate the name), the user can now benefit from type-ahead functionality, similar to the existing Add New Deal screen.

### Allow All Form Types to Be Added Via Deal Forms List

When dragging and dropping forms into the Deal Forms List in the Deal Details page, users can now select from any form type.

### Add Download Forms Button

Users can now download all deal forms in one click by pressing the Download Forms button in the Deal Forms List. The forms will download as a ZIP archive.

Various improvements to image loading to improve application performance and speed.

### Optimize Dashboard Loading Performance

The dashboard now loads much more quickly, especially for large brokerages. Additionally,  there will now be a much quicker response when navigating away from the dashboard (by clicking Transaction Room, for example) during the initial page load.
