The Trade Record Sheet (TRS) now uses the deal completion date for the purpose of predicting agent deductions.

When adding the other brokerage manually via the AI contract processor (in scenarios where the AI model does not populate the name), the user can now benefit from type-ahead functionality, similar to the existing Add New Deal screen.

When dragging and dropping forms into the Deal Forms List in the Deal Details page, users can now select from any form type.

Users can now download all deal forms in one click by pressing the Download Forms button in the Deal Forms List. The forms will download as a ZIP archive.

Various improvements to image loading to improve application performance and speed.

The dashboard now loads much more quickly, especially for large brokerages. Additionally, there will now be a much quicker response when navigating away from the dashboard (by clicking Transaction Room, for example) during the initial page load.
