Welcome to Agent Basic Training!

This course is divided into seven modules, and each one should take about 5-10 minutes to complete. We highly recommend completing them in order, but have provided direct links to each module for convenience.

Once you've completed this basic training, you'll know all the key parts of navigating the RealDesk platform. But don't stop there! Also consider completing the Agent Advanced Training , or even the Broker Training.
