version 4 5 released july 8, 2025 features deposit receipt when a deposit is received by the brokerage, a pdf receipt will automatically generate that lists key information (amount, deal number, address, received from, date/time stamp, and so on) this is available in send/receive payments under the trust account — just click on the actions button deposit receipt in a future enhancement, this will be emailed to involved parties automatically! version 4 4 released july 7, 2025 features draft deals you've been asking for this for a long time, and now it's here! you can now partially enter a deal, save it as a draft, then return to it later and submit it to the office here's how it works from the transaction room, click on submit a new listing deal or submit a new buying deal enter as much or as little information as you want toward the bottom of the page, next to the blue submit button, you'll see a green "save draft" button — click this! when you want to return to your deal, go back to the transaction room and click "edit draft deal" a window will pop up with all of your draft deals; click on the one you want to work on you can repeat this process as many times as you want when you're ready to send your complete deal to the office, click submit as usual to submit your deal this will automatically delete the draft as well this is just the first version, so there are still some known limitations you can't currently save forms with draft deals so you'll need to add them all when you're ready to submit we will be adding forms support later save draft is available for listing and buying deals, but not (yet) for listings we don't yet have support for multiple users (co realtors or team leaders) editing the same draft deal we hope this is a valuable addition to your workflow feel free to reach out with any questions, feedback, and suggestions for future improvements! improvements office notes when adding deals we've added an optional notes box when submitting a new deal, in case there's anything to communicate to the office that doesn't fit elsewhere
